Large enough for each of you to have their own space to relax and central enough for you to be 3mins by foot to the city centre
PLEASE NOTE: A refundable security deposit of €400 will be collected offline prior to your arrival date.
FOR MONTHLY STAYS:
We will collect a refundable security deposit of €400 plus €200 for monthly utilities and a final deep clean of €200. This will be collected offline.
The property is located within a secure enclosed courtyard, providing privacy, security and sound protection from the marina and traffic surrounding. Secure parking is also provided for a single vehicle in the adjoining multi-storey car park.
The kitchen and living space are on the ground floor of the property with large windows front and back providing plenty of light during the day, and tiled flooring. All major appliances are available including washer and dryer. A flat screen TV with access to Smart channels only (no local channels), Netflix, YouTube.

All of our properties are cleaned thoroughly, and we disinfect our bathrooms, kitchens, and major touch points like light switches, doorknobs, tabletops, electronics, appliances, lock boxes/digital keypads, and control panels.
We provide linens, towels, a starter supply of paper products, shampoo, soap, dishwasher tabs, laundry tabs.
A great base in Galway to explore and walk to everywhere of interest.
Other things to note:
1. We prefer to not rent to under 25s unless travelling with family
2. We do not rent to locals
3. For your safety and safety of the home there is an external surveillance door camera on the property.
**NOISE SENSITIVE PROPERTY - STRICTLY QUIET HOURS BETWEEN 10PM AND 8AM**. This building is equipped with a non recording noise monitor which is set to acceptable thresholds for conversation during 10pm and 8am. Excessive noise alerts will be treated as a violation. If we are contacted by the management company or neighbours about a disturbance this will result in a total loss of security deposit and an early termination of your rental agreement.
