Our designer two bedroom two bathroom apartment ticks so many boxes when it comes to view, location, and style. Located right in the Spanish Arch you cannot find a more perfect base for exploring the city.

The apartment is located on the second floor of a quiet building with elevator. Enjoy amazing river, Claddagh, Spanish Arch, and city views from your private balcony (no seating room on the balcony). The apartment is bright with lots of natural light coming in from the balcony doors and large porthole window. Finished to an exceptional high standard of comfort and design it offers all the functionality needed for a short, executive, or medium term stay.
The living, dining, and kitchen are open plan. The kitchen is fully stocked with all dishware, major appliances, and washer and dryer. A 50 inch TV offers all smart channels and a few local ones. Wifi is throughout the apartment and there is a good work space should you need to catch up on emails. Dining seats 6.
There are two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom is en suite with a walk in shower and king size (5ft) bed and wardrobe space.The second bedroom has a double (4ft6) bed with wardrobe and shares the bathroom in the hall, which also has a walk in shower.
The train and coach station are a 15 minute walk. Paid parking is nearby within 5 minutes walk.
We provide linens, towels, a starter supply of paper products including shampoo, soap, dishwasher tabs, and laundry tabs.
Things to note:
1. STRICTLY over 25s no exception, unless travelling with family.
2. We do not rent to locals.
3. Due to the property being in a very tourist part of the city guests may find more noise in the evenings coming from people enjoying being outside. This may be something to consider if you have very young children.
4. This is a quiet apartment complex and is noise sensitive. No parties, no smoking, no pets. The home is equipped with a noise monitor, noise violations over the accepted threshold will result in a loss of security deposit. You cannot sit out on the balcony.

All of our properties are cleaned thoroughly, and we disinfect our bathrooms,kitchens, and major touch points like light switches, doorknobs, tabletops, electronics, appliances, lock boxes/digital keypads, and control panels.

Monthly stays are for max 2 guests. Monthly guests will be required to pay for electricity and heating of 8 euros per day and a deep clean of e175 in addition to the advertised rate.
