Harbour location, very large, bright and modern 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment with views of the water. A perfect base for exploring Galway. Our apartment is just a few minutes walk to all the pubs, restaurants, cafes, and shops, and the train station is within a five minute walk.

A refundable security deposit of €250 will be collected offline 1 day prior to arrival.
FOR MONTHLY STAYS:
We will collect a refundable security deposit of €300 plus €225 for monthly utilities and a final deep clean of €150. This will be collected offline.
Our place is one of FOUR apartments in the same building, side by side, so if you have a larger group please contact us and we can check on the availability of the neighbouring apartments.
We like to think of this apartment as the ‘ocean wave’ because its striking blue kitchen, wall colour, and snazzy carpet. It’s almost like you are on the ship! Modern but not too nautical.
The apartment is over two levels. Upon entering you will go up one flight of stairs and into the living room which is open plan to the kitchen and dining area. Comfy sofas welcome you to take a seat and immediately relax or put on a movie, we have a large flat screen SMART TV which gives you access to your Netflix account. Or why not chill out on our window seat with a good book, maybe a glass of vino, and take in the harbour bustle.
If you need to catch up on some emails our dining bench with leather stools give you the added convenience of wall built in USB ports, and you can even take in the view of the harbour as well.
Another gorgeous feature of this water view apartment is the blue kitchen. Very stylish and fully equipped with all major appliances, washing machine with built in dryer, integrated fridge freezer, and all the dishes and cookware you’ll need for your stay.
On this floor is the first bedroom with double bed and built in wardrobes. On the second floor there is a main bathroom with walk in shower finished in modern style and accessories. Two more bedrooms are on this floor including the master with ensuite bathroom with walk in shower and water view.
All of our bedrooms have luggage racks for your convenience.

This property uses the Cloverleaf Peace of Mind Checklist, which follows cleaning and disinfection guidelines provided by the CDC, EPA, and World Health Organization. All of our properties are cleaned thoroughly, and we disinfect our bathrooms,kitchens, and major touch points like light switches, doorknobs, tabletops,electronics, appliances, lock boxes/digital keypads, and control panels.
We supply linens, towels, a starter supply of paper products, shampoo, soap, dishwasher, and laundry tabs.
If you would like to book tours please contact us and we can offer you the best suggestions for itineraries.
Other things to note: We prefer the minimum age to be 25+ unless travelling with family. We do not rent to locals. There is a set of stairs leading from the street level to the courtyard and another set of steps up to the apartment.
CCTV is present in the common area and courtyard
**NOISE SENSITIVE PROPERTY - STRICTLY QUIET HOURS BETWEEN 10PM AND 8AM**. This building is equipped with a non recording noise monitor which is set to acceptable thresholds for conversation during 10pm and 8am. Excessive noise alerts will be treated as a violation. If we are contacted by the management company or neighbours about a disturbance this will result in a total loss of security deposit and an early termination of your rental agreement.
