On the first level you will find the living, dining, and kitchen which are open plan offering plenty of space for everyone to gather and enjoy a meal or watch a movie on the large TV. Full service kitchen equipped with all the cookware and dishes needed to for a short stay. Off the kitchen is a separate closet with washing machine and dryer.
In the hallway is a half bathroom.
Upstairs are all three bedrooms and a good sized bathroom that offers a shower/tub combo.

Master Bedroom: King size ( 5ft6)
Bedroom 2 : Double size (4ft6)
Bedroom 3 : 2 Singles ( 3ft)
The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom finished in beautiful flooring to ceiling tile with rain head walk in shower. There is also a private walk in closet and a accent chair.
Parking is right next door and you can get a favourable web rate if you book in advance.

HOUSE RULES: You are renting someone's private property. Strictly no parties or inviting non paying guests back to the apartment. Minimum age: 25 yrs unless travelling with family. Other things to note: We do not rent to locals.
Monthly stays for 3 guests max unless family with small children. Monthly guests will be required to pay for electricity and heating of 8 euros per day and a deep clean of e200 in addition to the advertised rate.
